hyf.idSetup and support

Sign-in support

This initial service provides a temporary session for users of invited organizations. There is no charge to use it. Ask your hyf.id contact to arrange access for your organization.

Google Workspace

Enter your managed work email and choose Sign in with Google. An administrator may need to allow hyf.id in Google Workspace's third-party app access settings. Return here from the Google apps menu to view your session or sign in again.

Microsoft Entra

Enter your work email and choose Sign in with Microsoft. Sign in with your organization's account. If approval is required, ask an administrator to review the hyf.id application and its requested permissions in Microsoft Entra.

Permissions and account controls

Both connections request basic identity information to sign you in and check access for your organization.

hyf.id does not request access to the contents of your email, files, calendar or contacts through Microsoft or Google authentication. Authentication through Microsoft or Google does not give hyf.id access to your Microsoft or Google password.

Disconnect and sign out removes the active hyf.id session. For Google, it also revokes the retained access token. For Microsoft, remove the app's permissions through My Apps or ask your administrator. Service updates may end your session early; sign in again to continue. Provider permissions can remain after a session expires or access is declined. You can also review and remove Google permissions on your Google connections page.

If sign-in fails

Use the same managed email throughout sign-in. If your organization blocks consent, contact its administrator. If an attempt expires or a sign-in link was already used, return to the home page and start again.

Contact support@hyf.id for help. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or tokens.
